Community Guidelines

1. Purpose
These Community Guidelines set out the code of conduct for all SwiftCab users, including riders and drivers. They are designed to promote safety, respect, and a positive experience on the platform.
2. Respect & Courtesy
All users must treat each other with respect. Abusive language, gestures, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Zero Tolerance Policy
SwiftCab enforces a zero-tolerance policy for violence, sexual misconduct, drug use, or any other criminal activity. Such conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.
4. Non-Discrimination
Discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
5. Cleanliness
- Riders: Must not soil, litter, or damage vehicles during trips.
- Drivers: Must maintain clean, safe, and roadworthy vehicles at all times.
6. Safety
All riders and drivers must follow traffic laws, wear seatbelts, and take necessary precautions to ensure a safe ride for everyone.
7. Accountability
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the SwiftCab platform.
