1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SwiftCab app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

SwiftCab is a ride-hailing platform that connects riders with independent drivers. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services directly. Drivers act solely as independent contractors.

3. Eligibility

Riders must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain proper insurance, and have a clean driving record.

4. Payments

SwiftCab uses dynamic fare pricing. Payments may be made via wallet, card, or cash as available. For ride-sharing, fares may be automatically split among riders. By using our services, you agree to provide valid payment details and cover applicable charges.

5. Conduct and Prohibited Use

All users (drivers and riders) must behave respectfully, comply with applicable laws, and avoid prohibited conduct such as harassment, fraud, unsafe driving, or damage to property. Violations may result in suspension or account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwiftCab is not liable for delays, accidents, personal loss, or events beyond its control, except as required by Nigerian law. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and take necessary precautions.

7. Termination

SwiftCab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unsafe conduct.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
